  If you want to have nay control (admin) of your fan page, you will need a personal profile. The greatest advantage of having a personal profile is for generating friends and then inviting them to join your fan club.
  
  You can also use your company's email list to invite them to your new fan page. Without a personal profile we cannot pass off the page to you and you will be unable to add great information to the page.
